Top Water Crawlers Return & Refund Policy

Each Top Water Crawlers product is made to order. Because of the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size or color selection, or a change of mind on purchases made directly through our website.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Sizing

Please review the sizing information provided on each product page before ordering. Because our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement when the incorrect size is selected by the customer.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact orders@topwatercrawlers.com as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before production begins; however, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

TikTok Shop Orders

Purchases made through TikTok Shop are also subject to TikTok Shop's applicable return and refund policies. If TikTok Shop requires a return or refund that differs from our standard website policy, TikTok Shop's applicable marketplace policy will govern that transaction.
